Winter Pasta Workshop

Ease into the new year with Forklift’s coziest class of the season. This hands-on Winter Pasta Workshop will have you making fresh pasta from scratch, filling and shaping regional favorites, and sitting down to a warm, house-made Italian dinner—cannoli included.

What You’ll Make:

• Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli with roasted garlic cream sauce

• Herbed Sausage Tortellini in San Marzano pomodoro

• Garganelli Pasta tossed in brown butter with fresh herbs

• Served with seasonal salad, warm focaccia, and house-made cannoli

After a brief chef demonstration, you’ll rotate through guided stations to mix, roll, shape, and plate your pasta. The evening ends with a shared meal and optional wine pairing, included in your ticket.
