This elite two-day training experience is led by Certified Master Chef Rich Rosendale, former Team USA Captain, Bocuse d'Or U.S. representative, and co-host of Recipe Rehab. Hosted at FORKLIFT, Rosendale Collective’s boutique culinary school in Leesburg, VA, this class offers rare access to the techniques, mindset, and execution systems that define elite culinary competition success.

Attendees may choose to participate in Day 1, Day 2, or both days for the full experience. Whether you’re preparing for a local event or an international arena, this course equips you with the tools, systems, and insights used by top-performing chefs around the globe.

Held at FORKLIFT, the class includes a guided tour of the Rosendale Culinary Lab and hands-on demos of signature competition dishes and techniques.

Day 1 – Precision & Planning
