If you're passionate about barbecue and want to master the techniques used by top pitmasters and chefs, this intensive two-day BBQ bootcamp is for you. Hosted at Roots 657 in Leesburg, VA, this hands-on program is led by Certified Master Chef Rich Rosendale and Chef Scott Poff—both with extensive experience in live-fire cooking, competition BBQ, and high-level kitchen operations.

Chef Rich Rosendale, CMC, is one of only 72 Certified Master Chefs in the United States. He’s a Bocuse d’Or competitor and the founder of Rosendale Collective. His expertise spans competition BBQ, restaurant operations, high-end catering, and global culinary training.
Chef Scott Poff trained at The Greenbrier and graduated from the prestigious Greenbrier Culinary Apprenticeship Program. He has served as Executive Chef for multiple premier private clubs and is currently the Director of Culinary for Rosendale Collective, overseeing RC Culinary Lab, Roots 657, and other key brands.
