Chef Rich, known for his cutting-edge culinary techniques, dedication to his craft, and numerous accolades, began his journey in the kitchens of prestigious establishments. His mentorship under numerous Certified Master Chefs and his experience leading the U.S. in the 2004 World Culinary Olympics, among many other accomplishments, has solidified him as a prominent figure in the culinary world.
But, his vision extended beyond the realms of high-end restaurants and competitions. Chef Rich had a desire to bring the refined art of cooking closer to people, inspire them to explore their culinary potential, and enrich their meals with gourmet elements.
With this aim, Rosendale Collective was born.
