This class is taught by Chef Sebastian Vasquez, originally from Quito, Ecuador. Sebastian holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and an Associate in Culinary Arts Management from the Miami Culinary Institute. Mentored by Chef Rich Rosendale, he has cultivated a unique blend of business acumen and culinary artistry over his eight-year journey in the industry.

Sebastian’s experience includes working at standout venues such as Casa Mariano in Doral, FL, and B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale. He has also led culinary operations for major events, including NFL gatherings, BTS tour catering in Las Vegas, and Dom Perignon showcases at the Ocean Reef Club.

Now a lead instructor at FORKLIFT Virginia, Chef Sebastian brings energy, precision, and passion to every class — inspiring students of all levels to explore their creativity in the kitchen.
